Start with your FareHarbor account, invoicing software and the point at which each document should be prepared. Connecting these systems requires rules for bookings, payments, changes and cancellations. Adding a booking button to a website is a separate setup.
What information should I provide?
Kapta requests your FareHarbor company shortname, responsible contact and invoicing software. The shortname identifies the account and usually appears in its Dashboard address. Describe the activities, sales channels and any deposit payments. Share credentials only through the secure channel agreed during setup.
What happens after the request?
The team checks scope, access and the necessary authorisations with the parties involved. FareHarbor lists Kapta among its invoicing integrations. That listing does not replace assessment of your company's specific workflow. Kapta in the FareHarbor Help Center.
Can every booking follow the same invoicing rule?
Direct bookings, partner sales and deposits may need different treatment. Decide who receives the document, which amounts are transferred and how booking value, money received and commissions are distinguished. Have your accounting adviser validate the document and tax configuration.
How do I know the connection is ready?
Check examples of a paid booking, deposit, participant change and cancellation. Verify the booking reference, customer details and result in the invoicing system. Agree how bookings needing attention will be flagged and who will resolve them.
