Portugal appears on FareHarbor's supported-country list. To assess whether the platform suits your business, consider the full journey: presenting the activity, taking the booking, tracking payment and preparing invoicing. FareHarbor supported countries.
What should I evaluate before signing up?
List activities, capacities, schedules and participation rules. Consider sales channels and customer languages. Request a demonstration using your own situations: a family with children, a group booking and a date change. A generic demonstration may not reveal the exceptions that take up most of your team's time.
Which account requirements should I confirm?
The supported-country page states requirements concerning the company, Dashboard and bank-account country. Confirm these with FareHarbor before proceeding, particularly if you operate through entities in different countries. Obtain current commercial terms for your specific operation.
Can I keep my existing website?
First assess how activity pages can connect to booking. Provide the website platform and current page examples. A booking button or component may be sufficient in some cases; a custom journey requires a separate technical assessment.
Where does Portuguese invoicing fit?
Identify the company's invoicing software and required customer details. Separate booking price, payments and commissions. Kapta can assess the connection using document rules validated by your accountant. A working checkout does not establish that this process is already configured.
Which examples are useful for an Algarve business?
For a boat trip, test a participant change and an operator-initiated cancellation. For an activity with several departures, check that the button opens the right experience and schedule. These are validation scenarios rather than guaranteed capabilities or results for every account.
How do I request a Kapta assessment?
Provide your current site, activities, languages, shortname if already registered and invoicing software. Identify the main problem: message-based bookings, repeated data entry, slow document creation or difficulty tracking amendments.
