Which difference matters for the connection?

What information should I prepare?
Identify the company, warehouses where relevant, products and document series. Describe the sales source and when data should arrive. An existing account does not confirm that all required permissions are active.
Can an old integration be reused?
Some business rules may remain useful, but access and technical mapping need review. Prepare a list of old and new identifiers to avoid duplicating customers or products during the transition.
How should I organise the change with Kapta?
Choose a cutover date and a small set of operations to validate. Identify existing documents and which system owns each sale during the change. Request a proposal separating setup, data migration and initial support.
