They have different roles. NTAK handles tourism data; NAV is Hungary's tax authority and provides Online Számla; Számlázz.hu is an invoicing platform. An integration design should identify each responsibility. NTAK, NAV Online Számla and Számla Agent.
Does an invoice prove that a visitor entered?
No. It may be issued before the visit and remain even if the person does not attend. Track usage through an entry record linked to the ticket. Keep commercial, document and access statuses separate.
Does a QR code replace any of these systems?
A QR code can identify the booking at admission. It does not replace document issuance or prove that a reporting destination accepted a submission. Scanning should find the right operation and apply the agreed ticket rule.
How should FareHarbor and Hungarian invoicing work together?
Associate the booking reference with the invoicing document and venue admission rights. Confirm the billed entity, currency and expected result with your accountant. Where tourism reporting is also involved, identify it as a separate responsibility.
What should I ask the integrator?
Ask them to follow one example: where the booking was sold, invoiced and used, and where each outcome can be checked. That demonstration is more useful than a generic promise that everything is integrated.
