Request the same deliverable breakdown: prototype, app, management area, integrations, content migration, testing, publication and training. Clarify who supplies copy, translations and accounts. Compare post-delivery support and expected recurring costs too.
How should a pilot be prepared?
Use a controlled group and test content. Check reading, publication, correction and failure recovery journeys. Define who accepts results and which problems prevent proceeding. The schedule should include municipal staff participation.
Who is responsible after launch?
