Security and continuity

Access is limited to authorised systems and the configuration is managed by the Kapta team. Availability and received data depend on the Mentorflow API and configured permissions.

What we need to prepare the connection

Before we start, please prepare the details below. We will confirm the access method with you and configure the connection together.

Administrator access to the Mentorflow account and authorisation for the API connection.

The academies, locations, mentors, students, and session types to include.

The session, attendance, and payment events that should be synchronised.

The company, document series, and invoicing rules in the destination system.

For security, do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, or secrets through the form. We request and receive credentials through a secure channel only when the setup begins.
