A hotel website should help visitors decide whether the accommodation suits the trip they are planning. Before considering visual effects, it needs a clear presentation of rooms, facilities, location and conditions. Kapta combines design and development with hospitality experience documented in the Turial project in Albufeira.
Discuss your websiteRoom pages should explain differences in occupancy, equipment and relevant features, using information supplied and approved by the hotel. Current photographs help set accurate expectations. Location content needs useful context for a stay, rather than a collection of nearby attractions unrelated to the experience on offer.
We plan navigation so that visitors can find essential information quickly on a mobile phone. Opening times, services, accessibility information and conditions must reflect the actual operation. Where several languages are required, decision-making information should remain consistent across versions, including policies and contact details.
A button can direct visitors to an external platform; an integration may require additional components, documentation and permissions. The right approach depends on the hotel’s system and the options its supplier provides. Before defining the scope, we need to understand the platform and the intended booking experience.
Availability, rates, payments and confirmation should not be promised as website features without that assessment. We also distinguish an outbound booking click from a completed reservation. Tracking the journey between systems depends on access permissions, available tools and the applicable privacy requirements.
Content changes when new photographs become available, services change or seasonal offers are introduced. We identify which areas require editing and who will keep information current. Training should support those responsibilities, with clear guidance on preparing images and reviewing copy before publication.
The documented Turial work includes branding, a website, photography and calls to action that guide visitors to the booking platform. This example provides a useful starting point for discussing priorities, but it does not replace an assessment of your hotel’s requirements or predict commercial results.

That depends on the quality and accuracy of your existing images. They should represent rooms and facilities faithfully. Photography was included in the Turial project, but new image production must be scoped separately for each hotel.
PT and EN versions can be included in the scope, with responsibility for translation and review agreed. Translating the menu is not enough: rooms, services, conditions and the booking journey need consistent information.
Not necessarily. A click records a move to the platform, not a confirmed stay. Completed reservations require data from the booking system or an assessment of compatible measurement across the two platforms.
Gather room types, services, required languages, available photographs and booking system details. Explain which updates your team wants to manage and who will approve the content before the website launches.
